Pool Rules

The pool usually is open from May to September from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and you swim at your own risk. During the pool season we ask that everyone be courteous to others by cleaning up after yourself when you leave the pool area.  We ask that anyone using the pool follow the pool rules.

All homeowners and/or tenants, currently residing in the home, and whose dues are up to date can use the pool. (If you are a renter, please check with your landlord to dispute unpaid dues, not the board.) Either the owner or the tenant are granted access, not both

Two key fobs are assigned upon receiving a signed copy of the pool rules.  Fobs can be turned on and off by the board and can be replace at a cost of $15 for the first replacement and $25 for the second. Lost fobs should be reported to the board immediately for deactivation.
